Thank you Amy Hemple

I have to admit I don't know much about her as I do other authors that i read. I have her complete works and i have not read through it. there are just random moments that I'll pick up my Kindle and read one or two at a time.

One day i was just sitting in the sun and I read this sentence:

"And when their weekend whiskers scratched the women's cheeks, the women did no think shave, they thought; stay."

This is why I love books. Just those prefect moments of connection and clarity. I have odd moments like that through out the day and I just want to emulate. Even if it means that I post everything that pops in my head.

I used to love to write. I had journals on top of journals but now they're all gone and I havent been able to keep one since. I want that feeling back and I'm going to try through this blog. Being in touch with myself and my family and eventually back to my creativity.


I hope that's too much to ask :-P
